According to police sources on Monday, a police officer is suspected of having shot and killed his wife, his daughter and his mother-in-law before turning his service revolver on himself and committing suicide. The bodies were discovered by relatives that went to the family’s home in the West Attica town of Aghii Anargyri on Monday afternoon.

The cofounder and owner of gas company Jetoil, Kyriakos Mamidakis, was found dead in his home in the northern Athenian suburb of Dionysos on Sunday afternoon.

A Marine stationed in Athens who commited suicide, got an autopsy, but his remains were sent back to Pennsylvania without the heart. His family can now sue the US government.
