The Greek government followed all proper channels and verified that the man signing a controversial arms deal between Greece and Saudi Arabia was officially representing the Arab country, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras said in Parliament on Monday.

New Democracy leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis presented on Wednesday his party's proposal to restart the Greek economy in the fourth pre-conference meeting in Heraklion in Crete. 

The current economic developments in Greece and the Eurozone and the necessary reforms that are needed in the justice and educational systems in the country were discussed in a meeting between New Democracy (ND) leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis sand Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem in Athens on Monday.
