During a telephone call between U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, the latter proclaimed that a Cypriot solution must be founded on the joint declaration ratified by the nation's two leaders, according to Bayrak news portal.
The United States government has not proposed tabling hydrocarbons in the Cyprus peace talks, Energy Minister Giorgos Lakkotrypis said on Wednesday.
