Κατηγορείται για κακουργηματική απιστία σε βάρος του Δημοσίου, καθώς φέρεται να μην αξιοποίησε τη δυνατότητά του να αντλήσει στοιχεία από τη λίστα και να ασκήσει φορολογικούς ελέγχους.
