Ριζικές αλλαγές στο Δημόσιο θα φέρει το νέο μισθολόγιο το οποίο αυτές τις μέρες είναι υπό κατάρτιση στα υπουργεία Οικονομικών και Διοικητικής Μεταρρύθμισης. Τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά που συνθέτουν το νέο μισθολόγιο είναι η κατάργηση των επιδομάτων αλλά και το «ξεπάγωμα» των ωριμάνσεων των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων οι οποίες από το 2010 καταγράφονται αλλά δεν πληρώνονται.
