As was announced today Golden Dawn cadre Giorgos Patelis, already in custody, was officially charged by the prosecutor investigating the murder of left-wing rapper Pavlos Fyssas, as an accessory to murder. The accused member of Golden Dawn has been in jail for the past five months accused of being a member of a criminal organization.

Racial and xenophobic activities of Golden Dawn and abuse of power arrests by the judiciary are the main topics of the annual State Department report on human rights for Greece in 2013.

Deputy Finance minister Giorgos Mavraganis sent the ministry's report on bankrupt businesses in the age of recession to the parliament. It was asked by majority conservative MP Athanasios Bouras, who has been asking for measures which will help businesses closed due to the recession re-enter the market.
