An attack on New Democracy MP and former Minister Makis Voridis took place on Saturday night in a restaurant in Heraklion, Crete, when about 25 people wearing hoods and helmets began throwing eggs at him, cursing him and chanting slogans against him.
Pavlos, the firstborn son of the former King Constantine, is expected to appear at the Athens registry office by the end of the week to submit an application for the restoration of Greek citizenship, which he was deprived of in the 1974 referendum, as revealed today in a column of protothema.gr.
