Greece is headed for a new record in tourism rates this year, as reported by the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises.

In the first quarter of 2014, Greece has experienced an impressive foreign tourism growth rate, regarding arrivals and trip revenues, compared to its regional competitors.

Prime Minister Antonis Samaras believes Greece could experience a major growth in the tourism industry, with 50% more international travelers arriving in the nation.
