“Greece will not join Turkey in the slide containing outrageous and beyond-all-limits remarks and threats, taking place on a daily basis. We will immediately inform our allies and partners regarding the content of the provocative statements of the last few days, in order to make clear who is undermining our alliance’s cohesion at a particularly dangerous juncture” the Greek Foreign Ministry said in an announcement regarding Turkish officials recent remarks.

US Congressmen send letter to Blinken on S-400 and Turkey

18 American congressmen express their strong concern about the possible acquisition of additional S-400 by Turkey in a letter sent to the Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken. Congressman Chris Pappas, who played a leading role in the NDAA for the F-16, also coordinated this new effort.

Sen. Menendez: Russia’s supply of S-400s to Turkey constitutes a violation of sanctions

US Senator Robert Menendez expressed his strong disapproval of the possibility of Turkey acquiring additional batteries of the Russian  S-400 anti-aircraft/missile system. The reaction of the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee comes in the wake of the publication of the Russian news agency TASS which claims that Turkey is preparing to sign a new agreement with Russia for the supply of the S-400 system.
