The Eurozone must understand that its real "enemy" today is not the deficit but the debt, President Prokopios Pavlopoulos said on Thursday, in a speech opening the Delphi Economic Forum 2018, held March 1-4 in Delphi. 

The Greek state budget deficit was some 930 million euros lower than targets for the seven-month period of January-July 2017, according to budget execution data released by the Greek finance ministry on Thursday.

Motor Oil, the second largest oil refinery in Greece, reduced its initial half loss, which was assisted by decreased oil inventory taxes and deficits.
