Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will hold successive meetings with the political party leaders on Friday to discuss the voting rights of Greeks abroad.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis had a brief conversation with Greek journalists in New York, mentioning both his meeting with Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the issue of the vote of Greeks in Greek national elections.

Interior Minister Takis Theodorikakos said he expects "the provision in the upcoming new electoral law regarding the voting rights of Greeks who live abroad to be approved with 300 votes," in a Sunday newspaper To Vima interview.
