Angelos Filippidis was let free, after posting 2 million euros bail. Before entering the Prosecutor's office Monday morning to testify and to hand his 300-page deposition, made a rather provocative statement: “I am here to testify the obvious. If I do well, fine, otherwise judges will be approving loans from now on” he stated.

Filippidis given to Monday to prepare case

Angelos Filippidis, flew to Athens at 9 am this moring and was taken to the Police Headquartes (GADA), after being arrested. Filipiddis was given until Monday to prepare his deposition.
