During the visit of Michael R. Pompeo's visit to Greece, the U.S. Secretary of State signed a very important agreement for the Greek economy and the transfer of know how. The U.S.-Greece Science and Technology Agreement was signed byGreece’s Minister of Development and Investments Adonis Georgiadis. The Secretary of State for this very reason was accompanied by U.S. Chief Technology Officer Michael Kratsios. The ceremony took place in Thessaloniki, Greece, on September 28, 2020.
