Harsh language against Athens and the support it provides to Ukraine, during the four years of war with Russia, was used a few days ago by Sergey Lavrov, during a presentation of Moscow's diplomatic work in 2025. "Western arms deliveries to Ukraine mean that NATO is 'essentially involved in a war with Russia' and Moscow considers these weapons to be legitimate military targets," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in an interview broadcast Monday.
