Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Monday visited the Attica Urban Transport Organization (OASA) depot in Koropi, from where the first 30 new buses from a total of 211, which in their full development will serve 63 suburban lines, started running in areas of Eastern Attica of Attica.

Mass transit down 90%

Passenger traffic in mass transit has fallen dramatically in recent days, and according to official OASA data yesterday, it is at around 10%, a 90% decrease (on average) in metros, trams and buses, said Transport Minister Costas Karamanlis. but that does not mean, he added, that there are no routes being serviced.
