Greece and Turkey are getting closer and closer to the beginning of exploratory contacts.

The discussions of the MED7 leaders ended yesterday in Corsica with clear messages to Turkey, regarding its position in the Eastern Mediterranean, but also full support to Greece and Cyprus.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis is expected to meet with Emanuel Macron in the coming days, according to reports, as the personal meeting between leaders of Greece and France has been finalized. The Mitsotakis-Macron meeting is said to take place on September 10, as SKAI broadcast, adding that it is most likely to take place in Corsica, without of course negating the possibility of it taking place in Paris.
