Greece to classify elder phone scams as felonies amid nationwide 'epidemic'
Seeking to curb an "epidemic" of phone scams, Greece is set to reclassify the defrauding of elderly citizens as a felony offense, Citizen Protection Minister Michalis Chrysochoidis announced.
