A Roma settlement in Larissa, central Greece, was set under quarantine on Thursday after several residents tested positive for coronavirus.

The first administrative fines fell on Sunday, on undisciplined travelers who, while required to be in mandatory quarantine for the purpose of preventing and stopping the spread of the new coronavirus in the country, ignored orders and were not where they had stated they would be quarantined.

The issue of "quarantines" for Greek passengers at the airports of Germany has been growing and has now reached Brussels.
