Οι διαγωνιζόμενοι στο πρωτάθλημα bowling, στο Cozy Bowl του Queens, είχαν δυο στόχους: Ο πρώτος να ευχαριστηθούν το παιχνίδι και ο δεύτερος να κερδίσουν το έπαθλο των 30.000 δολαρίων. Ενδεχομένως, όμως, οι προσπάθειές τους ως προς το οικονομικό κομμάτι να πέσουν στο κενό, αφού άγνωστοι εισέβαλαν στον χώρο και έκλεψαν τα χρήματα που προορίζονταν για το έπαθλο.
Sailοr strike extended for third day
The strike of the Greek Sailors Federation, which is on for two days has been extended for a third one. The decision was taken today after a meeting between the Sailors Federation officials and members of the Passenger Shipowners Union to talk about the signing of a collective labor agreement.
EOPYY doctors on strike until 19 Dec.
Doctors with the National Organisation for the Provision of Healthcare Services (EOPYY) - the unified healthcare branch of the main Greek social insurance funds, including IKA - have announced that they will continue their strike until December 19.
