Vouliagmeni Beach Secures Lease Offers
Greece Public Properties Company (ETAD) has received offers by six companies to rent Vouliagmeni beach for fifteen years or more.
According to reports, the enterprise that secures the lease of the southern Athens coastal area will pay 1 million euros, with an additional 15% of its yearly turnover to Greece. The leasing corporation will be able to prolong its lease for five years as well, according to Kathimerini.
