Greece's version of Toys-R-Us, Jumbo, confirmed that its July and August profits increased over 10%, compared to the same timeframe last year.

Cyprus Tourism Organization's Chairman of the Board of Directors Angelos Loizou has reported an increase of 6% in arrivals and 8% in earnings, in comparison to 2013.

January 2014 has seen a 22.4% rise in tourism revenue compared to last January, with travel balance up by 2 million euros. Germans and Russians are the main cause for the rise.
