The Greek parliament approved by a wide majority vote on Wednesday a draft law founding a defense innovation center in the Armed Forces, among other issues.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis proceeded with changes in the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense, in an attempt to create a triangle of balance. As part of the changes, Nikos Dendias is moving to the Ministry of National Defense. In fact, he is returning to the Ministry of Defense, after a number of years.
The Ministry of National Defense on Friday tabled amendments in parliament requesting the additional financing of some 23.475 mln euros for the completion of overhauls in four submarines and two gunboats at Skaramangas and Eleusis Shipyards, respectively.
