Memories of the fires that hit the island last year are being brought back by the two new fires erupted in Zakynthos this afternoon.

Recently, there have been a spate of cases of drunk tourists vandalizing and destroying equipment in the hospital of Zakynthos.

Justice Minister Stavros Kontonis who is on the island on Zakynthos to coordinate the firefighting operation referred to an organised plan to create a socially volatile situation in the country, on Monday.
