Prosecution for all Golden Dawn MPs

According to the prosecutors, Golden Dawn is a criminal organization that uses its instruments and members for criminal acts.

The prosecutor in a 700 page report to the Appeals Council is proposing that 70 of 85 accused be brought to trial for the case of Golden Dawn criminal activities. The other 15 are implicated incidentally and not of their own volition.

The prosecutor has deemed that the deputies are in fact part of the hard core of the criminal organizaion.

In his report prosecutor Isidoros Dogiakos specifies ten cases, chief among them the murder of rapper Pavlos Fyssas, while mentioning that racist attacks were exacerbated after 2012. the reports tracks the party's activitieas since 1980, with especial emphasis on events after 2008.

The prosecutor is categorical that the death of Pavlos Fyssas was premeditated murder, and the perpetrators knew exactly who he was, hailing the “executioner” Roupakias to come deliver the fateful stabs.

So far 26 Golden Dawn members are in jail pending trial.
