NYT: Wonderful video about Athens
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Something's changing in Athens, or at least the New York Times seem to think so, and believe self-confidence is reappearing. So they made a great video.
The NYT crew spent 36 hours in the city and produced an amazing video showing what they adore about the Greek capital.
As they noted the city that a few years ago was steeped in crisis, while now Greeks are again opening up shops with innovative ideas, focusing more on the traditional but adding that modicum of modern flair.
They tasted food, wine coffee, at various places , visited museums, and even went as far as Vouliagmani. And of course they couldn't miss the gem of the city the Acropolis and its museum.
