Joint HAF-USAF exercise

Joint exercise "Stolen Cerberus II" was successfully completed at 112 Combat Wing at Eleusis Air Base, by the 356 Tactical Transport Squadron with the 37th Airlift Squadron (37th AS) of the 86th Air Wing of the USAF, which is based at Ramstein air Base in Germany.
The purpose of the joint training exercise, held from 30 January to 14 February 2015 was the common training in aircraft formation flying, parachute drops with static belt jumps on land and sea, day and night, releasing boats with the method "Rigged Alternate Method Zodiac "(RAMZ) and combat rescue team of the HAF's 31st Search - Rescue Squadron, and drops of large and small loads, day and night.
The mission provided the U.S. and Hellenic Air Forces a unique opportunity to learn how each service performs airlift operations, improving the joint capabilities of both nations.
