Elections on 20 September, new caretaker government sworn in

A presidential decree dissolving Parliament and setting elections on September 20 was signed on Friday. The new Parliament is to be convened on October 1. Earlier, the caretaker government that will lead Greece to elections, led by Prime Minister Vasiliki Thanou, was sworn in with President of the Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos attending.
