An information campaign and promotion of the Authentic Marathon Run is being inaugurated by the Athens-Attica and Argosaronic Hotel Association (AAAHS), which is going to take place on Sunday November 8th.
On the webpage www.athensauthentic.com, hoteliers, commercial stores, museums etc. can express their interest in assisting and cooperating with the network to promote the idea and its implementation and to make it broadly known, putting the city of Athens in the center of attention.
Some of this initiative’s actions include inviting and hosting 8 specialized –and marathon runners themselves-journalists and bloggers from the UK, France, Germany, who will cover the event -in collaboration with Marketing Greece and hotels-members of AAAHS.
The network of marathon hotels includes 30 hotels so far, members of AAAHS, with special offerings, events and gifts to 42 km Marathon runners.
Under the term “marathon”, many commercial stores, members of the Athens Traders Association, which is actively participating in this event, as of November 1st and for the following 15 days after the Marathon Run, will make special offers and gifts to all 42 km Marathon runners.
In the framework of the marathon run, special events are also organized by Cultural Centers, Museums, the Athens Festival and enterprises.
Athina 9,84, the Foreign Language Program of Athina 9,84 and www.athina984.gr are Marathon Communication sponsors, which through special programs, reports and interviews will try to promote this event in the best possible way to its listeners .
