Dep.FM: Russians are interested in investing in Greece

There is Russian interest for Greece which is also among the top tourist destinations for the Russians in 2016, said Deputy Foreign Minister and co-president of the Greek-Russian Joint Interministerial Committee Dimitris Mardas in an interview with the Sunday edition of Avgi newspaper.
Mardas referred to investments that attract the Russian entrepreneurship and underlined that the investing interest is cultivated and through the Committee ahead of its 10th meeting that will be held in parallel with Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) where Russia will be the hounoured country.
The minister said that there are a series of cooperations in the diary and food sector with the establishment of the first joint businesses between Greek and Russian companies and clarified that in the dairy area there will be a co-production and export of a series of Greek products to the Russian market. He also underlined who important is for Greece the "planned energy policy including the energy cooperation with Russia".
