Gastronomy of Ancient Phaekia (Corfu) in event held at the Old Palace's garden

A symposium which offered dishes inspired from the ancient Greek and particularly Ancient Phaekia(Corfu) gastronomy was held in the people's garden at the Old Palace on Corfu.
The dishes were prepared by the Corfu Chefs Club and included Olives, lamb, cabbage salad, fresh fish and biological wine.
The symposium was co-organised by the organisation "Ionian inspires", the newly founded Ionian University's Institute for the Study of Ancient World and the Nautical Club of Corfu.
