TAIPED: Open electronic tender for sale/lease of 14 real estate assets in Greece

Greek state privatization fund TAIPED on Friday announced the launch of an open electronic tender for the sale/lease of 14 real estate assets located in Kavala, Attica, Lasithi, Chalkidiki, Rhodes, Argolida and Messinia, through the e-Auction electronic platform www.e-publicrealestate.gr. Among the real estate assets are properties for touristic and commercial purposes.

The deadline for the submission of all required documents for Phase A of the tender is on October 26.

1. Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala: Two adjacent seaside land plots in Alanes area (50-year lease) – Touristic property
2. Chalandri, Attica: Motorway Supporting Area 8, land-plot on city-block nr. 3A (30-year lease) – Urban Land property
3. Chalandri, Attica: Motorway Supporting Area 9, land plot adjacent to Attiki Odos, exit 13 (sale) – Urban Land property
4. Ierapetra, Lasithi, Crete: Seaside land plot in Koutsounari area at Louridi Lake (sale) – Touristic property
5. Ierapetra, Lasithi, Crete: Seaside landplot in Koutsounari area at Louridi Lake – Lot A (sale) – Touristic property
6. Ierapetra, Lasithi, Crete: Seaside land plot in Koutsounari area at Louridi Lake – Lot B (sale) – Touristic property
7. Kallithea, Attiki: Land plot, city block nr. 163 (sale) – Commercial property
8. Neos Marmaras, Chalkidiki: Four (4) non-adjacent land plots in Paradisos area (sale) – Touristic property
9. Koskinou, Rhodes 21 ha: Two land plots in Ammoudes area (sale) – Touristic property
10. Athens, Attiki: Listed four storey building located at the commercial city centre (sale) – Commercial property
11. Athens, Attiki: Iniohos Hotel, 26 Veranzerou street, Omonia (sale) – Commercial property
12. Nafplio, Argolida: Three storey building in the Old Town of Nafplio (sale) – Commercial property
13. Kalamata, Messinia: Urban land with buildings in the city centre of the city (sale) – Commercial property
14. Ag. Eleousa, Rhodes: Former Frideriki Sanatorium in Kamiros area (50-year lease) – Touristic property
