When people realize what the leader of the main opposition, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, proposed in his speech at the Thessaloniki International Fair, they will leave him in his current position, government spokeswoman Olga Gerovasili said on Sunday.
“The president of ND couldn’t hide his real face and didn’t mention once employees, the unemployed and the pensioners,” she said in a statement, commenting on Mitsotakis’ press conference in Thessaloniki.
“Once more Mr. Mitsotakis showed he lacks a sense of humour, as he took a quip by the prime minister about the actions and statements of the union of policemen as a call to arrest him,” she added, noting the ND leader has nothing to be afraid of, unless people realize what he’s proposing to do if elected.
