Hellenic Air Force celebrates protector Archangel Michael
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
On 9 November the Orthodox Church celabrates the Archangels and the Hellenic Air Force celebrates and honors its protector of Archangel Michael.
With the motto "We honor the past, we build the future," the Air Force Spokesman spreads the traditional "Chronia Polla" (Many Years) on twitter through a spot that shows the glorious past of the Air Force.
A number of events have been scheduled from Saturday until today. It is worth noting that the spectacle offered by the T-6 "Daedalus" and DEMO F-16 "ZEUS" in the framework of the celebration of the Archangels Michael and Gabriel - Protectors of our Air Force was impressive.
