Mitsotakis: ND will lower taxes
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
A message that ND will reduce the tax burden on citizens and businesses has been sent by ND President Kyriakos Mitsotakis from Paros.
Mr Mitsotakis in a statement said that ND would take away the burden of business and citizens from giving power to the economy and the middle class. "New Democracy will reduce the tax burden on businesses and citizens. We will reduce property taxes by 30% within two years, the corporate tax from 28% to 20% and immediately focus on VAT from 24% to 13%. Productive Greece will be back again. This is the only way we will claim more jobs for our young fellow citizens, and we will give strength to healthy entrepreneurship. We deserve better, Greece deserves better, the Cyclades deserve better, Paros deserves better and after the next elections, with the confidence of the Greek people, we will prove it in practice, "said Mitsotakis.
The ND president visited Paros Town Hall, where he was informed about the problems on the island and visited Naoussa where he discussed with fishermen.
