The renovated Omonia Square will reportedly be ready for the public to see very soon.
The official opening is close, as redevelopment projects are coming to an end.
Impressive drone footage of the project in downtown Athens was released showing the stage the fountain is at.
The fountain is 30 metres in diameter and has 13 spurts, 188 water beams and 90 underwater projectors.
