Four new deaths from Covid-19 and 11 new cases in the last 24 hours

There are 11 new confirmed cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2 in Greece, the health ministry announced on Sunday. The total number of confirmed cases in the country has now risen to 2,517, of which 55.5 pct are men.
Of the cases detected, 578 (23 pct) are linked to some form of travel abroad and 1,181 (46.9 pct) are linked to other known cases.
There are currently 46 people with Covid-19 intubated in hospital. Their median age is 67 years old and 89.1 pct have either an underlying disease or are above 70 years old. Of this number, 13 are women (28.3 pct) and the rest are men.
Sixty-four patients have exited intensive care.
There were four more deaths from the virus recorded on Sunday, bringing the total to 134 deaths in Greece. Of these, 35 were women (26.1 pct) and the rest were men.
The median age of those that died was 74 years and 89.6 pct had either an underlying disease and/or were above 70 years old.
In total, 64,608 clinical samples have been examined.
