Featured Mitsotakis new covid message to holiday makers

Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, sent a new message via twitter, asking young men and women to show responsibility when they return from the summer holidays, putting a "brake" on the coronavirus pandemic.

"You may have defied the protection measures for a while and forgotten about the coronavirus. But make the difference even now: do not be responsible for the next case. "After returning, we pay double attention and stop the spreading here: we share memories, not the virus," the prime minister said in a post accompanied by a one-minute video.

For this reason, since morning, the Attica Region has been conducting sample tests on travelers returning from holidays, in the ports of Piraeus and Rafina.
