Giant squid washes up near Nafplio (vid)

A giant squid was found dead on Karathonas beach in Nafplio, on Monday.
The mollusk was spotted by a walker on the seashore, according to the argolikes-eidiseis. The length of the squid reaches 60 cm and its weight is 2 kg, although there are reports of larger sizes in the Greek seas.
The length of the thrapsalos can reach and exceed 1 meter and its weight is 10 kilos.
