Fire in Schinos, Corinth: Huge disasters in Mavrolimni - Houses burned

Disasters were caused by the fire that started last night from Schinos, Corinth and reached the settlements of Alepochori.
Yesterday, the danger of the fire caused the evacuation of the settlements of Schinos, Agia Sotira, Vamvakes, and Mavrolimni, while information stated that at least three houses have been damaged.
Early this morning, precautionary measures were taken to evacuate precautionary houses in the south and west of Alepochori. Thus, the settlements of Aigirouses, Sparta, Mazi, and Paraskeva were evacuated, as well as the monasteries of Agia Paraskevi and Agios Ioannis of Makrinos. According to the mayor of Megara, the area that suffered the most damage is the area of Mazi where two houses burned.
