A few hours after the delusion of Turkish officers to question the sovereignty in the Greek islands, the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is visiting Kos, Pserimos and Astypalea today, Thursday.
Specifically, in the morning the Prime Minister will go to Kos, where he will have a meeting with the Mayor Theodosis Nikitaras and the tourist institutions of the island, while afterwards he will visit Pserimos.
At noon Mr. Mitsotakis will go to Astypalea for the implementation of the project (electricity and green energy) "Astypalea Smart and Sustainable Island". The main event will take place at 18:00 at the port of the island.
The prime minister is expected to re-send messages to the neighboring country following Turkish provocations by both Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoglu.
Athens, however, does not follow Ankara on the path of escalating tensions between the two countries. It responds calmly to the full range of challenges, with Europe and the US on its side.
