Athens Riviera Falirikon: Up to 9 million euros for a sea view apartment

With prices of up to 9 million euros for a house with a beautiful view of the sea, sales have begun for the new ambitious mega residential project. This is what is already being built in Paleo Faliro for the creation of the “Athens Riviera Falirikon” in one of the few -as the situation has developed- properties in the area.
This is the property at 47-49 Poseidonos Ave. that belonged in the distant past to the Bank of Greece, to be sold to Israeli funds (ed.: in 2019 to G4 BZPW, which later evolved into Gnosis Investments) and then passed to QG Investments of Greek-Qatari funds. The latter has currently built a valuable real estate portfolio mainly in the Athenian Riviera, amounting to 450 million euros, with 10 projects in progress and a total of 45,000 sq m. in its portfolio, as reported by its executives.
The large residential complex of the company with CEO Mr. Mohammed Al-Obaidi and chairman Mr. Pantelis Apodiakos on the area of 4,500 sq. m. is being built according to designs by 314 architecture studio and will include 67 luxury apartments, ranging in size from 67 to 410 sq.m., with sea views. The selling prices for the houses located 1 kilometer from Flisvos Marina, 10 kilometers from the center of Athens and 7.5 kilometers from the port of Piraeus start from approximately 800,000 euros and reach up to 9 million euros.
