The fuchsia train that has driven Athenians crazy
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
An unexpected surprise awaited ISAP passengers in recent days as a train that looks like no other made its appearance on the tracks of the Piraeus-Kifissia route. A train in a bright pink shade managed to become a social media trend in a few hours.
The first videos created a surprise, while many believed that it was AI content. However, thousands of reposts emerged along the way, with users sharing footage of its passage through ISAP stations such as Monastiraki, Piraeus, Thissio and Kifissia.
The bright pink color crosses the urban landscape of the capital and creates a very strong contrast. Many are wondering if this is a permanent intervention or an advertising campaign, as apart from the pink color, there is nothing written on the train that points to any direction.
