Michalis Michailidis to Face Greek Courts

The supreme court of Cyprus had unanimously ruled against the appeal to extradite Michalis Michailidis to Greece so that he can be tried in the Tsohatzopoulos bribery case.
Michalis Michailidis is the son of former interior minister Dinos Michailidis who is scheduled to appear beore the investigating prosecutor tomorrow for the same case.
According to the court's ruling Michalis Michailidis will have to be extradited within ten days, until which time he will be held in custody.
