New poll shows SYRIZA leading

A new poll conducted by Pulse shows that Syriza has increased its lead ahead of New Democracy party by 2 percent in the upcoming European Parliament elections.
A new poll conducted by Pulse and published by Pontini newspaper, shows that Syriza has increased its lead ahead of New Democracy party by 2 percent in the upcoming European Parliament elections.
This means that if elections took place today, Syriza would get 23.5%, New Democracy 21.5%, Golden Dawn 9.5%, Elia/Pasok 7.5%, To Potami 7.5%, KKE 7%, Independent Greeks 4%, Demar 3%.
However, the same poll shows that although Syriza is more popular as a party than New Democracy among those questioned, Antonis Samaras is still ahead as the best choice for the position of the Prime Minister, with 32%. Syriza leader, Alexis Tsipras gathers 26% of respondent votes.
