Golden Dawn Magistrate Dismissal Demand Rejected
The Athenian Court system rejected the dismissal demand of magistrates Maria Dimitripoulou and Ioanna Klapa, who are leading the current Golden Dawn trial.
Golden Dawn's chief Nikos Michaloliakos filed the appeal; he remains in pretrial custody concerning leading and organizing an illegal political body. Today's outcome is predicted to clear the way for the ongoing hearing to continue. GD deputy Eleni Zarouli is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, along with GD MP Costas Barbarousis.
