An earthquake that shook Cyprus yesterday has resulted in aftershocks.
A 6.1-magnitude quake has struck off the eastern coast of the island of Crete near the town of Heraklion, according to the Athens Geodynamic Institute on Thursday.
A Cretan quake hit this morning at 11:20 a.m. GST, however no injuries or damages have been reported.
