Greece needs a stable coalition government that will stay in power for a full four-year term, New Democracy (ND) leader Vangelis Meimarakis told a Greek paper, adding that his party would be willing to cooperate with SYRIZA.

An exit from the crisis that would allow Greek society and its people to remain standing on their feet is the main aim of SYRIZA, party leader Alexis Tsipras said during his speech at Thessaloniki’s International Fair (TIF), where he presented the party’s program.

Former Greek Prime Minister and party president emeritus, Konstantinos Mitsotakis, had dinner with New Democracy’s president,Vagelis Meimarakis.
