The 62nd round of exploratory contacts between Greece and Turkey will take place in Athens, on March 16, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in an announcement. Diplomatic sources clearly emphasize that for Greece the contacts were and remain exploratory.
Turkey, after the "noisy" openings to the European Union, which were perceived by Brussels (at the suggestion of Berlin) as a change of course by Ankara, is returning to the usual. It supports, calls for dialogue, without, however, differentiating its expansionist plans. And these plans are being implemented gradually to the detriment of Cyprus and Greece, but also against other states in the region.
"Greece was prepared for any eventuality." This message was sent, through the television frequency of ERT1, by the Minister of State, Giorgos Gerapetritis regarding the new unilateral Turkish energy. Which (action), he added, will clearly affect the initiation of exploratory contacts.
