A video by the MEP, Phidias Panayiotou, through which he appears to question the voting procedures within the European Parliament, caused a reaction. Greek MEP Manolis Kefalogiannis paid his fourth visit to Himare's jailed mayor-elect, Fredi Beleri, in the Fier Prison in Albania where he is being held, according to an announcement on Easter Monday.
