The Greek Education and Religious Affairs Ministry is scrambling to position as many teachers as it can by the opening day of the coming school year, on September 11th.
A protest was conducted today by teachers and school guards, who sat in Education Minister Andreas Loverdos' Athenian office, as reported by Greek media.
Athens was fraught with demonstrations, again today, as pensioners, shipyard workers, disabled persons, teachers and supporters of imprisoned Kurds holding a hunger strike bore down on different ministries and parliament.
